RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ● Four (4) nationwide Written Examination (WE) conducted

► 100% completed.

● Conduct of 24 Assessment Center (AC)

► 100 % Completed; conducted 25 ACs involving 597 candidates.

● Conduct of Performance Validation within one month after submission of complete requirements

► Facilitated the conduct of validation of one hundred seventy-six (176) candidates.

● Conduct of Interview within one month after passing the validation stage

► One hundred sixty-seven (167) already passed the interview.

● Conferment of CES Eligibility within 12 months ● Rank Appointment - recommended to the Board within one month after submission of complete requirements ● ISO Certification

► One hundred forty-two (142) candidates conferred with CES eligibility. ►Recommended to OP one hundred twenty-four (124) CESOs/Eligibles for appointment to ranks. ► ERA Process ISO certified for the fourth straight year.

EXECUTIVE CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM ● Conduct of two (2) full camps with theme “Fit to Lead - De-Tox, De-Stress, Discover and Deliver” for a minimum total of 100 CESOs/CESEs conducted

● Eight (8) C.I.R.C.L.E. ● Government Chief Information Officer (g-CIO) Capacity Development Program---conduct of four (4) modular workshops in Metro Manila for a minmimum of ten (10) participants (in partnership with IdeaCorp and the DLSU-College of Computer Studies) ►100% completed; Modules 1, 2,3 and 4 conducted.

● Condcut of Plenary Learning Sessions and Multi-Track Simultaneous Core Competency Development Sessions for 200 CESOs/CESEs with 90% satisfaction rating as part of the 12th CES Annual National Conference

►Done; 2 learning sessions; 5 competency-development sessions; 2 simultaneous wellness sessions; 2 simultaneous worklife balance learning sessions with an average of 90% satisfaction rating from 700 participants.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND RECOGNITION ●CESPES -Enhanced CESPES instruments developed, pilot-tested, approved by the Board through a resolution, and circularized for information dissemination/implementation. -CESPES administration

► completed pilot-testing; pre-test results consolidated; enhanced CESPES instrument approved by the Management ► Administered the 2012 CESPES in the regional and central offices of various Government Agencies; CESPES 2012 ratings for one thousand five hundred forty-seven (1547) executives processed and feedback results sent on time.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS) ● Generation of Occupancy Reports and Statistics ► 100% completed (January-December). ● Continuous maintenance of the CESB Integrated Information System (CESB-IIS) ● Digitization of CESB Files

► Conducted system enhancements / modification on the CESB-IIS. ► Digitized one hundred fifty-nine (159) 201 folders equivalent to 28,168 pages; other documents digitized: three thousand five hundred thirty-seven (3537) pages

● Perform preventive maintenance on CESB servers and workstations ► 100% completed; ensured 99.95% uptime under normal operation ● Archiving of CESB database and server work files (i.e. server configurations, CESB website) onto DVD media

● Conduct of daily backup and validation of CESB database and server

● Upgrade / acquisition of necessary IT equipment

● Provision of the latest news and updates via SMS to CESB stakeholders

► 2 sets of DVD backups were made for CESB and FAD database (Jan to Dec 2013) and server work files (includes scanned 201 folders, 201 photos, CES Books, CESB Website, Document Tracker System, CESO Pool and SQL Scripts and configurations) are stored in a hard drive.

► Automated backup and validation of the CESB database and server work files are conducted daily; maintained the integrity of the database structure. ► Recommendations, technical specifications actual canvasses and purchase requests were given to the property division in purchasing ICT equipment. ► Information or announcements regarding the CES and CES events are immediately sent through text upon receipt of management-approved request. • Phonebooks are immediately updated upon receipt of new contact information.
