With the title of the lecture, students are so enthusiatic that what the session will be. The lecturer, Mr. Sarangarajan who have 15 years of Industrial experience in software Side. The session was highly informative and he gave many ideas how to crack the placements without being stressed. He also shared his life time experience with an examples like how he faced during his joining days and at the top position too. He mostly concentrated on communciation skills which are very important not only for placement but also in the company too. He explained how to interact with the colleagues, their superiors, and how to identify themselves in the company. He also told the importance of creativity which makes them unique in the real world. He also explained the students that during the early days of their career life, they should not think about the salary, company etc., instead they have to work hard and should concentrate mostly on gaining knowledge on it. In the same manner, he explained many important things which are very useful for them before and after the placements. To conclude, Students felt the session was so useful that they have got an idea on how to survive themselves in IT industry. They also rectified their doubts with the lecturer by asking many queires regarding IT industry at the end of the session. Finally, the session was very helpful to the students.

Venkatesh made the session to be highly informative and gave many motivative ideas to overcome the placements with a positive approach. He shared his life time experience and told us to update ourselves with current economic status which are very important not only for placement but also in the company too. He explained how to interact with the colleagues, their superiors, and how to identify themselves in the company. He told the importance of creativity which makes them unique in the real world. He also explained the students that during the early days of their career life. In the same manner, he explained many important things which are very useful for them before and after the placements to start up the carreer as a great platform to bring out their talents.Students felt the session to be useful and interacted with the lecturer asking their queries and have got enough of confidence to face the placement. Finally, the session was very helpful to encourage the students.

The session was interactive and he gave his ideas on how he manages a data that are being shared with th help of cloud and how cloud computing has become popular nowadays. He explained how to share data, how to use cloud and gave lot of examples , one of them was OneDrive which is a cloud used in windows phone to have collection of the phone data in it that is shared among the users. He also told the importance of Big Data which makes them to share a lot of files that is of more memory size. To conclude, Students felt the session to be so useful and gained knowledge on cloud computing and got an idea on how industries use cloud computing in their real time environment. Finally, he also rectified doubts that were asked by the students.

Service management provides for continual identification, monitoring and review of the levels of IT services specified in the service-level agreements (SLAs). Service-level management ensures that arrangements are in place with internal IT support-providers and external suppliers in the form of operational level agreements (OLAs) and underpinning contracts (UCs), respectively. The process involves assessing the impact of change on service quality and SLAs. The service-level management process is in close relation with the operational processes to control their activities. The central role of service-level management makes it the natural place for metrics to be established and monitored against a benchmark. The service-level manager relies on the other areas of the service delivery process to provide the necessary support which ensures the agreed services are provided in a cost-effective, secure and efficient manner. The speech gave the clear idea about the service management in IT Sector and certifications like PMP, ITIL V3 foundation and ITIL V3 service Transition Intermediate, PRINCE2 foundation.
