Homepage B. BIODATA Dr. Siti Salina binti Mustakim mendapat pendidikan awal dan menengah di Selangor. Beliau meneruskan pengajian dalam bidang Diploma Sains Kesetiausahaan (UiTM), Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pendidikan (TESL) dengan Kepujian (UiTM), Ijazah Sarjana Pendidikan (TESL) (UPM), dan Ijazah Kedoktoran Penilaian Pendidikan (UPSI). Beliau telah ditawarkan program sandaran di Graduate School of Education and Human Development, Nagoya University, Japan dengan melaksanakan kajian komparatif di sekolah-sekolah di daerah Nagoya. Beliau telah berkhidmat sebagai Pensyarah Kanan di Jabatan Bahasa, Komunikasi, dan Protokol, Institut Aminuddin Baki (IAB), Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. Beliau juga telah berkhidmat sebagai Penolong Pengarah di Pusat Penyelidikan, Pembangunan, dan Inovasi, Institut Pendidikan Guru Malaysia (IPGM), Kementerian Malaysia yang melaksanakan pelbagai kajian melibatkan pembangunan polisi dan kurikulum dasar baharu dalam membantu semakan kurikulum Program Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pendidikan lulusan IPGM.
