1. Eligibility Criteria •
The Vendor should be an OEM or their channel partner or service provider or system integrator or authorized distributor/dealer/reseller. The OEM vendor should be ISO 1

9001:2000 certified company. In case of authorized distributors/dealers/resellers, they should specify the brands and the OEM of those brands should be ISO 9001:2000 certified company. •
The vendor applying for categories from 1 to 6 should be in a position to supply the items of premium brand with latest configuration/specification.
•
The bidding vendor should be a registered company or firm in India and currently must not be debarred from contracting with any legal entity in India.
•
The vendors should be of repute and established in the category for which they are applying. The vendor should have supplied and/or provided maintenance to clients including preferably banks, FIs, Government undertaking, reputed concerns.
•
Copies of Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss A/c of last three years.
•
The firm should have applicable tax registrations (PAN, TIN, VAT, CST, etc.) supported by documentary evidence.
•
Vendor should have a full-fledged office in Mumbai with fully equipped service centre with qualified, certified and trained engineers located in Mumbai. The vendor should have service support in the form of direct service centre or franchisee in Mumbai. In case of franchisee support, the vendor must submit the copy of its agreement for service support with its franchisee. The vendor should be able to repair hardware/ software immediately after receiving call, failing which they will have to provide alternate arrangement to ensure business continuity of the Bank.
•
The vendor should have the capability to handle AMC for all brands and types of computer hardware, software and peripherals.
•
Vendors applying for category “Application Software Development” should have CMM Level 3 certification. Documentary evidence in this regard should be submitted.
•
Vendors applying for category “E-Waste Recyclers” should be approved by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) / Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). All necessary documents issued by the said Board’s in this regard should be submitted.
2. Payment Terms In case of supply of equipment, payment will be made to the vendors as per Bank's payment policy, i.e., 80% payment will be made on delivery, satisfactory installation & operationalization and balance 20% on expiry of warranty period or on submission of 2

Bank Guarantee of equal amount issued by a Scheduled Bank. The Bank Guarantee should be valid till the end of the warranty period. Vendors who are applying under category “E-waste Recyclers” are not applicable for above payment terms. Vendors who are applying under category “Application Software Development”, the payment terms will be decided at the time of issuing tender. 3. Short-listing of Vendors After evaluation of bids, the short-listed vendors shall be informed of the selection and they will be required to furnish a security deposit of Rs.1 lakh in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank. Subsequently, the selected vendors will be informed of empanelment. RBI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the applications in full or in part without assigning any reasons.
Vendors who are applying under category “E-waste Recyclers” need not to furnish security deposit. 4. Locations to be covered The panel will be utilised by the Bank’s Offices/Departments located at Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. The Bank reserves the right to add or substitute any department/office or location. 5. Validity period The panel will be valid for a period of 2 years i.e. upto March 31, 2019. The tender enquiries will be issued to the empanelled vendors by the user department/office, as and when any of the items is required. The items covered under RBI's Rate Contract will not be considered. The Bank reserves the right to scrap the panel any time, without assigning any reasons thereof. The Bank's decision in this regard shall be binding and final.
6. Instructions to vendors Eligible vendors may submit their applications and related documents in
sealed
cover mentioned in the Request for Proposal (RFP) by April 13, 2017, 2.00 PM. They may ensure that all relevant documents are fully submitted as per RFP. Vendors are required to preserve the originals of submitted documents ready for verification by the 3

Bank at any point of time. The bidders may please note that submission of documents cannot be made after the cut-off date and time. No extension of time will normally be permitted for submission of tenders and/or documents.

[v] Details of technical staff in Mumbai as per Annexure-V.
[vi] Purchase/Work orders issued by major customers during the last 3 years for each of the categories being applied by the vendor as per Annexure-VI
[vii] Copy of ISO 9001:2000 certificates in case of OEM vendors.
[viii] Copy of Registration certificate.
[ix] Copies of Audited Balance Sheet as well as Profit and Loss A/c of last three years.
[x] A declaration from the bidder company that it is not debarred from contracting with any legal entity in India.
[xi] Copy of valid certificate of CMM Level 3 (to be submitted by the vendors applying under the category “Application Software Development”. • Reserve Bank of India reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the applications in full or in part without assigning any reasons. • After evaluation of bids, the selected vendors shall be informed of the selection and they will be required to furnish security deposit of Rs 1 lakh in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank.
