Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Group

Previous Situation -Lack of communication -No modality in supporting for PAPs

Negative impact on livelihood restoration of PAPs

-Effective / efficient support in time and finance

-Create ‘dependency’ of PAPs on support from outside -Discourage PAPs for working at stable job -Increase debt of PAPs -No interest in community development

PAPs

CSOs/ NGOs

-Promote mutual understanding Thilawa SEZ International Organization

Negative impact on trust-building

-Create negative view of PAPs toward GoM, JICA, MJTD/Thilawa SEZ -Create distrust of GoM toward PAPs -Create distrust/emotional disparity among PAPs

JICA

MJTD

Create ‘coordination body’ in stakeholders -Strengthen/clarify commitment of each stakeholders

-Share same modality in support for PAPs
