Tender Requirement Forest Department is in need of new software to be derived from its current software application of Nodal Cell Desk 17, Nodal Cell Returns & CAMPA which is developed in Oracle APEX 5.1 and is installed on NIC server having its database in Oracle Enterprise Edition 11g r2, thus quotations are required from various Vendors. Software development requirement:[1] Incorporating all three softwares i.e Nodal Cell Desk 17, for Nodal Cell Returns & CAMPA (CA part)in one software, in which Proposal details, amount recoverd from user agency from time to time and compensatory afforestation i.e planting done against the project with their expenditure monitoring projectwise every year. [ 2] Linking / inserting of data from Nodal Cell Desk-17, Nodalcell Proformae & CAMPA CA software to newly developed software. [3] All functionality which are currently available in software will be required as is it is along with its reports. [4] Additional functionallity required are of Project proposal can have multiple circles, division and ranges. [5] Category / Sectors will be as per Government of India directives. Should have facility for uploadin geo tag photos of location, KML files and pdf files, letter uploading etc against project and other changes that will be informed while development of software. [6] Inward / Outward software for proposal entry and pending level management. [7] Access of software to be given to various circles / divisions with seperate user id for all. (Document should be attached) 3] Vendor or Firm should have experience in developing software web application related to Forestry Schemes and for Forest Departments. (Document should be attached) 4] Vendor or Firm having experience in Development & Implementing of web based software as per Government GR successfully.
